This one building features two venues within one centrally-located building.
Union Pine: This unique main event space consists of three main areas. There’s a sunken living room with wood floors, middle bar, and an open back room. This back room can closes off with large rolling doors to create a more intimate space. It is perfect for guest lists ranging from less than 20 to as many as 50-75. With the doors open, the room can hold 292 for empty-room standing events. 130 guests can fit for a seated reception. The South facing windows let in bright natural light. It creates a cozy vibe ideal for weddings.
Backroom Area: This expansive backroom area is ideal for seated dinners and ceremonies. It is a mostly-open space. It features polished concrete floors, striking black beams, and poplar wood walls. The roll-out cedar doors can section this space off, creating two separate sections.
The Green Room: This private getaway is a versatile room. It is perfect for resting and preparing before or during the wedding event. The Green Room comes with a sofa set, full length mirror, and other decorative additions.
The Loft: This 3500 square foot loft is on the second floor of the building above Union/Pine. It’s fully-furnished 3500 square feet is available for intimate events. This space can accommodate up to 40 guests. It features a 12-foot reclaimed beam table seating twelve. It also has a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, and vintage designer decor.
The Wishing Well Bar: The Wishing Well Bar is an exclusive Union/Pine bar. It’s affordable, buys back unopened alcohol, and allows couples to bring their own. This reclaimed hand-crafted wood bar was Patrick and Summer’s first construction project together. They repurposed discarded neighborhood pallets to build it.
Union Pine features Sonos surround-sound, central A/C and heat, strung cafe bulbs, and a deck with bench. There’s speedy wireless internet, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and an open catering policy. Union Pine’s kitchen has a simple set up and ample room for caterers to spread out and prepare. Cooking isn’t allowed but the kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, and burners for food prep.
